The Video: LOSING BABY FAT WITH CENELL
CLARK
Symptoms of Postpartum Depression
After the birth of her first son, Cenell experienced feelings
of alienation and irritability, and realized that these were some
of the symptoms of post-partum depression. Having successfully battled
symptoms of post-partum depression through prayer and exercise,
Cenell was determined to educate and share her experience with other
women to provide tools that assisted in her recovery.

Prayer and Exercise
This faith-based video begins with prayer and focuses on
healthy weight loss and toning for the arms, buttocks and thighs.
The video stresses healthy living tips and discusses the importance
of proper nutrition and begins with the idea of women regaining
control of their minds, bodies and spirits. Cenell chose two mothers
whom she knew to shoot the video. She felt strongly that having
real mothers, and not actors, added credibility to her message.
The video is divided into three sections, each lasting 10 minutes
(cardio warm-up, cardio interval and a shape and tone section. This
format allows participants to choose specific areas, especially
if they are running short on time.

What Moms Have to Say About the Video…
This video has already helped many new moms live a healthier life
after the birth of the new baby.
“Thank you Cenell. The Losing Baby Fat Video is realistically
inspiring for anyone. So often, I am overwhelmed with managing the
daily routine of a household of five, that I neglect myself. After
undergoing three surgeries and having two children all within four
years, my motivation level was depleted. I could come up with endless
excuses of why I had no time or was physically unable to focus on
myself.
This video is an excellent “PLAN OF ACTION”. It provides
a simple routine to rebuild motivation. Once I was able to routinely
focus on nturing my mind, body and spirit, my energy level increased;
the pounds began shedding and I honestly feel more productive as
a person, wife, and mother.”

"Cenell, I really enjoyed watching the tape. What an encourager
you are! I could probably use the tape even though I haven't just
had a baby. Only 22 years ago!!"
